This policy explains how Sana Silks, Valiyakunnu, Kerala, collects and uses information when you use our website, create an account, or place an order. We sell clothing for women, men, and kids and deliver with our own riders.

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, and a hashed password
• Order details: items, amounts, GST, shipping address, and tracking ID
• Payment status from Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers)
• Messages you send us about an order
• Basic device and browser data needed to run the site securely

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create your account and keep you signed in
• Take payment, pack orders, and deliver them
• Issue invoices and show order history
• Let you track a shipment with a SAN ID or phone number
• Prevent fraud and keep the store running

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payment partners

Online checkout is processed by Razorpay. Their privacy policy applies to the payment step. We receive confirmation of payment, a payment reference, and the method (for example UPI or card) so we can complete your order.

5. Cookies and session

We store a login session in a cookie (and on your device) so you stay signed in while you shop. The bag on this device is kept in local storage until you check out. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser; you will need to log in again.

6. Sharing

We share data only as needed: with Razorpay to take payment, with our packing and delivery staff to send your order, and if the law requires it. Tracking lookup by phone shows order progress to anyone who has that number and tracking ID, so share those details only with people you trust.

7. How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting rules in India. You may ask us to close your account; we may retain invoices and delivery records where the law requires it.

8. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to orders is limited to signed-in customers (their own orders) and store staff. No website is perfectly secure; please use a strong password.

9. Your choices

You can update account details by contacting the store, request a copy of your order history from your account, or ask us to correct information that is wrong. For privacy requests, visit Sana Silks, Valiyakunnu, or use the email and phone on your account.

10. Children

We sell kids’ clothing to adults. Accounts and checkout are for people 18 years or older. Do not create an account for a child.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when our store or the law changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
